Imesh Graphics Store Policies

  • Return & Refund Policy

    • No Returns on Custom Prints: Because your items are custom-made, all sales are final.
    • Check Your Proofs: Please check the final design proof carefully. Once you approve it and we print it, we cannot refund for typos or layout errors.
    • Damaged Goods: If there is a clear printing defect or physical damage, send us photos within 48 hours for a free reprint.
    • COD Rejections: If you reject a Cash on Delivery package at the door without a valid reason, your advance payment is forfeited to cover the wasted materials and shipping fees.

  • Privacy Policy

    • Your Data is Safe: We only collect the details needed to print and deliver your order (name, phone, address, and your design assets).
    • No Sharing: We will never sell, share, or misuse your personal information or business designs.

  • Terms & Conditions

    • Payments: Printing begins only after the advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch (Bank Transfer) or to the courier (COD). If payment didn't get before 24 hours, the order will be auto-canceled
    • Shipping: Once your package is handed to the courier (e.g., SL Post) and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for transit delays.
    • Design Files: You own the physical printed items. We retain ownership of the raw, editable digital files (like PSD or AI) unless a specific release fee is agreed upon.
